Today we released DaVinci Resolve 18.1.3 update which adds support for DNx Uncompressed and Sony Venice 2 file formats. I’d generally use a color corrector node after these but this should save me a node. The quality of life upgrade for the glow nodes in Fusion are nice and may save some time. It was mostly unsupported outside Avid, so may save time in some workplaces. The support for DNxUncompressed is a nice addition, to help workflows that are using that Avid finishing codec.
Resolve 18.1 seems to be fairly stable so this update is focused on a few small new features and general fixes. It’s the first Resolve update of the year!
